Future activities Next year we hope to take part in London Open House Weekend again, but without more volunteers other activities are on hold. If you can help please do get in touch with the Freinds at friendsofkingswood@gmail.com

Past activities are many and varied:

The list of past activities includes after school club, bingo, black history, child care, computer classes, confidence-building, drama, festivals, food hygiene, homework club, international womens' days, job-search skills, keep fit, language classes, music classes, Saturday school, tapestry making, Victorian days, video-making, and yoga.

One particularly interesting event was a Fibroawareness day; held to publicise the autoimmune condition Fibromyalgia.

In 2011 we held a Fun Day to unveil the blue plaque awarded by Southwark to commemorate John Lawson Johnston, creator of Bovril.

On Sunday 28 April '13 a 'Right Song and Dance' event took place as part of Southwark South-of-the-Borough Forum's contribution to the Dulwich Festival. It featured Ida Barr and took the form of a Tea Party and Old Tyme Music hall with a Rap element; involving local school children and senior citizens.
